Many thanks, minor comments:

Some of the links in the "Status" section don't show up as blue links in the HTML, e.g ".. ipr.php" in the below.

Compare to PDF:

Similarly in the normative references section.Â

Also, the title text of subsection 2.4 does not seem to be in bold as opposed to the other titles. The digits "2.4" are bold but not the text.

Here is 2.3 for comparison.
