Charter reconfirmation and chairs reappointment

Hello TC,

Sander and I received an email from OASIS TC admin, which states that 
the latest revisions to the TC Process and the OASIS Committee 
Operations Process include new requirements to periodically confirm the 
charter of an OASIS TC and to appoint or reappoint its chair(s).

Sander and both think that the ebCore TC should continue to operate, so 
that it can do any future maintenance on existing specifications if 
needed or do other ebXML related work. We also think that the current 
charter is still adequate and we are willing to continue as co-chairs of 
the TC.

Please give it some thought and if you have any other different views, 
feel free to reply to the mailing list ..
