RE: OASIS Member TC Participation Notice

 Jamie et all,

There appears to be a problem with the sign up procedure for this TC.
Twice now I have very carefully selected observer status, but was given
full membership instead.  Each time I have had to go back and disenroll
from the TC as I do not want member status.  Can you please check into
this and enroll me as observer only?
