Anders, The happy news is you certainly have the means to derive BCM templates from what you have - since the focus of BCM is the business aspects, and providing templates that business analyst staff can use. Typically these are built in familiar desktop tools - WordProcessor / Spreadsheet, or bespoke forms, et al. If you can abstract up re-usable patterns - that allow business users to work with them - and then actually create concrete results - those are all good indicators of successful BCM templates.
