     I realize that some may be busy or distracted with new 2005 plans and 
priorities, but for those who can attend today, I would like to discuss 
with you the practical plans for "bifurcation" of this group.  As I 
understand it there are substantial numbers of people both who wish to (a) 
work on the new more abstract architectural issues defined in a draft 
SOA-oriented charter, and (b) complete the original work of this TC.  Let's
