Just a clarification here - I don't think it's Jamie's role to approve
anything - but we
are looking for him to review the text for us and point out any
inconsistencies,
omissions, or recommend suggestions that would improve the whole WRT
the OASIS process and any requirements there.

Clearly Jamie is also best placed to give an opinion on any legal
considerations
or ramifications that may have escaped our attention.

I'm sure he will be able to appraise us accordingly - and then from there we
can prepare something to pass to the group as a whole.  Obviously we
wanted to wait until we had made sure that the submission is as complete
as we can make it - and then have the group review it from there.

I look forward to seeing Jamie's advice in due course.
