Date and time for reoccurring meetings

Hi, 
Regarding point 5 in the tentative agenda -  Set date and time for reoccurring meetings.
If we assume normal working hours to be between 8 am - 5 pm worldwide and that for most people it's easier to stay up in the evening than wake up very early (?) I believe it is most "fair" to have the meeting at 2 pm MDT (10 pm CET). I think 12 midnight CET is too late (at least for me). See the "fairness" calculation below. (Also - I might have some problem to participate coming Monday 6 pm CET, because I have a flight scheduled at 6.30 pm CET)
