[ebBP] 5/10/2004: Role Changes, Transitions and Futures

I received this recent email from Serm Kulvantunyou and Sally Fuger 
working on the IV&I project for AIAG. What is important in their use 
case are the entities involved assume different roles. There may be 
future requirements for proxy/delegation or brokering, which could be 
another type of role we have to accommodate.

Whether or not it fits into v2.0 changes or for v3.0 (particularly for 
proxy and brokering roles) we can discuss.
