Very slightly updated version 2.x schema for ebBP TC

Responses to David W relevant to this update.

1) Schema fix - Variable definition within package should be optional
and unbounded (its OK everywhere else its defined), and Signal should be
unbounded too (probably better to declare them as global schema types
and reference those to solve this).

Yes, this oversight was an error introduced during editing and should be
corrected.

10) Schema fix - Documentation - in addition to URI this should have an
xml:lang attribute.

Yes, this seems worthwhile. Anyone opposed to this? The xml:lang
indicates the natural language used.

12) isConcurrent? Does this need to be there now - just use Join?
Remove?

Yes, I think we are going with ComplexBTA instead of this so we should
remove. Anyone opposed?


All the remaining issues are ones that David W will pursue in various
ways agreed upon in a call
yesterday. Some resolutions will require some new issues to be raised
and David will be sending those.
