ebBP 3/27/2005: Comment re: General Exception (wd10-schema 2/22)

In Tuesday's call, we reviewed isPositiveXXX. In addition, during 
ongoing discussions to harmonize ebBP v2.0 and CPPA v2.1, Hima Mukkamala 
has raised a question about the General Exception and the BT patterns:

    Should the General Exception DEFINITION actually be recognized in
    the schema for the concrete BT patterns?

If this is done, we would need to be quite clear in the schema 
annotations and technical specification that is for definition only 
(i.e. not included in the choreographed pattern but defined so it can be 
used under explicit condition). I'd encourage comment from the group.
