ebbp 3/27/2005: Comment re: isPositiveXXX (wd 10-schema 2/22)

In Tuesday's call, we discussed ensuring that the isPositiveXXX 
attribute is consistent across the document and signal envelopes. As an 
update to previous email and in line with the TC discussions (Reference: 
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/ebxml-bp/email/archives/200503/msg00068.html.), 
proposed changes are:

    * Document envelope: isPositiveResponse
          o Summary: No default currently specified for this business
            level indicator. Reason: This may be part of a partial
            response that is handled in the choreography. This is
            somewhat different than our approach in specifying a default
            on SiganlEnvelopeType. This is selectable.
          o Status: No change thus far. See open questions.
    * Signal envelope: isPositiveSignal or Receipt
          o Summary: These should be consitent.
          o Status: Changes proposed.
    * Open question: isPositiveResponse: Do we specify a default such as
      we do with signals?

We'll review this and other proposed changes again Tuesday. Thanks.

    * isPositiveSignal attribute for all signals (Change
      isPositiveReceipt to isPositiveSignal where applicable).
    * ReceiptAcknowledgement: isPositiveSignal, default is 'true.'
    * ReceiptAcknowledgementException: isPositiveSignal, default is 'false.'
    * AcceptanceAcknowledgement: isPositiveSignal, default is 'true.'
    * AcceptanceAcknowledgementException: isPositiveSignal, default is
      'false.'
    * GeneralException: isPositiveSignal, default is 'false.'

Change from:

    * the response document sent to the requestor MUST be marked as
      isPositiveResponse = ‘true’ in the ebBP instance that specifies
      the business collaboration

................The isPositiveResponse attribute of a DocumentEnvelope 
is not part of the business transaction protocol and therefore does not 
impact the protocol success or failure of a transaction.

Change to:

      the business collaboration (to support business success)

................As a business level indicator, the isPositiveResponse
