ebBP 4/17/2006: IMPORTANT NEWS - VOTE 18 APRIL 2006

In line with our discussions this last week, I've uploaded the packages 
we will talk about tomorrow 18 April 2006. The updated packages are 
found at the end of this email. Please be ready to vote tomorrow. There 
are no surprises here but confirmation of our discussions of the 
editorial, non-substantive changes and the informal voting member tally.
