IIC and ebBP 5/29/2006: ebBP Profile Update

This update has been submitted today to the ebBP TC for review. It 
includes the include functionality and the schema references requested.  
There is more work to do on:

   1. Differentiating BT and BTA (and their profiling usage):
      Suggestions welcome.
   2. More effective ways to differentiate signal and core schema
      references?
   3. Where to specify 'quality' QoS?
   4. General formatting and cleanup of the document (editorial).

We'll again start to review this at the ebBP call 30 May 2006 9 a.m. PT.
