Here is a summary of the latest ebxml-msg TC developments:

- F2F will take place as scheduled, Chris Ferris to attend by phone, Ian's
attendence in person is still uncertain

- Colleen has applied editorial changes and generated a 1.01 draft, comments
are due 9/27, see

- Colleen will accept the editorial changes and generate a new baseline
document for the F2F

- Ralph has updated Concept of Operation section, will be incorporated into
the base document for the F2F, see

- Arvola has compiled a list of inter-dependent MSG and CPPA issues that may
require discussion at the joint meeting, see

  - Retries/MessageId
  - IM supported functionality (forwarding)
