Subject: New issues
I've attached a revision of the Access 2000 issues database that includes a report of the new issues since the last version (issues 153 - 163). For those without access to Access, I've also included an RTF version of the report (unfortuately Access still truncates descriptions -- they should still be understandable but I'll honor requests for the text of specific issues via email). In addition, issue 39 was updated to call for clarification of the language describing the action attribute and its values. Issue 47 was updated to call for documenting (in a messaging related appendix) use of the conversation ID to retrieve conversation state information, particularly to disambiguate in cases where a party can play more than one role in a type of collaboration. There is a table of Messaging Interlock Issues which reflects Arvola's Word document -- Arvola, Dale and I should discuss how to manage these issues going forward. Please send me any additions or corrections concerning the changes. Database minutia: The Responsible Party field of the Issues table is now visible in the Triage 14pt form. It is populated with information temporarily captured in the notes field during the F2F. (In some cases the notes indicate that the responsible party is only tasked with initial activity such as gathering information from another team or identifying a colleague to work on the issue.)
