Hi,

Please find included a draft of the Minutes 
for the October 11, 2001 teleconference,
which was a voting meeting. Please send
corrections and additions to the list or
to dmoberg@cyclonecommerce.com (because Tony
was unable to attend the teleconference last
Thursday).

Also please find included a list of attendance for 
all meetings. Two blank entries at the end
of your row indicates you are thereby warned:

you need to attend the next meeting or
else you will need to follow the procedures 
to be reinstated as a voting member,
if you wish to vote.  
(No need to worry about these lists
if you are not concerned with voting; 
you may still continue to participate!)
