[ebxml-cppa] Face to Face Issues Database Update

Hi,

I will have notes for the face to face out to the list
by next week.

We have targeted all accepted issues for solutions,
declined or deferred some that depend on other incomplete specs,
and should have nearly all the textual and schema changes
included by the 1.07 version
(which is the release a week from tomorrow-- Feb 8.) 

Feb. 7 we will have a special 2 hour teleconference 
starting at the usual time, 11 Eastern. We will 
discuss the most recently added issues, at about
200 and above.

We did approve the decision to renumber our version to 2.0.
I have not changed the database to try to reflect this
decision. I am including the updates to the issue database
that we made this week. The write-lock token is hereby passed
to Tony! I will also include the current voting attendance
spreadsheet. Please notify me of any corrections needed.

Thanks to all who contributed and reviewed the issues and drafts
for this week. I think we have made steady enhancements and fixes
and should have a specification able to document agreements on
all (lower level) implementation options within 
our current scope, and for processes modeled by the 
current BPSS specifications.
