Version 1.08 (spec,examples,schemas) and current 
issues database attached in two zip files:

Summary of some changes.
Arvola:

-- Nesting of CanSend and CanReceive under each other to represent
synchronous interactions
-- Requiring that timing parameters be consistent with the use of sync
reply mode
-- Suggested changes to the section on the syncReplyMode attribute
-- Updated the schema to remove the uniqueness contraints related to
action bindings.
-- Reviewed and suggested many improvements to appendix on CPA
formation, many more to go.

 Hima:

-- Issue DB addition on intermediate node TrustAnchors.
-- Prompted clarifications in 8.5.16 and 8.5.18

Dale: 

-- Replacement appendix on CPA formation, nearly completed draft
-- Additions to 8.5.16 and 8.5.18

Tony:

-- Will get write lock back on issues database with this message.
-- Changes in db were: Hima issue intermediate node, issue number 239.
-- 230 should close this week pending Ogden and Hima review on 8.5.16

Peter:

-- Review proposed TrustAnchors changes
-- Will turn additions in 8.5.16 and 8.5.18 into English.
