Yes, I agree that BPSS can run on Web Services and WSDL.
And add value to the mix.  So then the issue is how.

I do not think it is a good idea to try to add conversational
mechanisms to WSDL. RPC-oriented Web Service programmers
are already complaining that it is too complicated now.
