   Main point seems to be that an OASIS TC decides
   its own specific technical directions within
   its chartered scope.
   b. IPR statement should be coming soon...
   c. Teleconference hosting for June?

2. Reports from subteams. 
   Negotiation report from Marty.
   Webservice research team: open discussion with Arvola and/or Pallavi.

   Tony F. and Hima: list discussion.

3. Procedures for next few weeks.

4. Face to Face agenda assembly: send any topics to Dale who will be
trying
   to make an agenda so that teleconferencers can at least identify
sessions
   of interest by AM or PM granularity.
