I will look at the 
text and offer any suggestions shortly.  One thing that jumped out, 
though:  At  the end of your draft, my motion was to extend voting on 
the SPECS until COB on the 31st.  It is the previously-announced May 30th 
deadline for the two pending spec votes, not the "voting meeting" , that I 
believe we extended.   Please advise if wrong, as I expect NOT to be 
required to vote tomorrow by mail, in reliance on that 
extension.
