CPPA-Negot, IIC, and BPSS (and its relationship with BCP for state
sychronization).

If this turns out to be an issue among the membership of CPPA and 
ebMSG, we could try for the UN/CEFACT forum March 10-15.  This suits me 
personally.  It would give us a chance to liaise with the BP and 
architecture teams.
