Proposal to 'partyid-type URN Specification Version 0.1'

Dear members of OASIS ebXML CPPA TC,

JEITA (Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association)
is now developing next generation EDI system named 'Collaborative EDI' based
on ebXML specifications. And JEITA is now doing actual proof testing. JEITA
is a formal association of electronics and information industry in Japan.
JEITA's Collaborative EDI is adopting ebXML MS, BPSS, and CPPA
specifications.

JEITA has one problem about 'type' attribute in 'PartyId' element.
JEITA is worrying about how to describe 'type' attribute in 'PartyId'
element. JEITA project has read the specification titled 'partyid-type URN
Specification V0.1' However they don't understand clearly how to describe or
specify 'type' attribute in 'PartyId' element. The think there are some
ambiguity to specify 'type' attribute in 'PartyId' element.

The attached document titled 'Proposal for "partyid-type URN Specification
Version 0.1"' is a proposal to 'partyid-type URN Specification Version 0.1'
by Wakaizumi Kazuhiko, who is a member of JEITA's technology WG and a
research director of ECOM.
