   a. PartyID approval ballot approved as TC draft. Intent to include in
next release of core spec as appendix approved.
   b. ebXML Messaging calls for review of plans for its next major
version.
2. Subteam status reports
   a. Negotiation.
3. Errata issues discussion.
   a. Final discussion of Packaging convention for SimplePart and future
direction.
4. Interest in f2f for combined OASIS ebXML groups? BP, Messaging, IIC,
RegRep, CPPA
   Worth trying to coordinate for the next major release?
