Reminder of teleconference at 8 PST, 11 EST and agenda update

Hi

The agenda for the OASIS ebXML CPPA TC has been augmented to include
preliminary discussion with representatives of WSPL (an XACML extension)
for "policy" (in a very extended sense of policy.)

Please review the .pdf contents for the call if you can. Sent by Monica
earlier.

Some possible questions: see if anything in WSPL can help with
negotiation, draft cpa formation, some of the preference resolution
anomalies we have left unsolved (relating to Arrow voting preference
oddities and other decision theory weirdnesses).

Also, since extensibility continues as one of the TC main work items,
consider where to extend CPA with WSPL "stuff". WSPL is not
"containerized" to follow the implicit CPA model of DeliveryChannel
binding to Service/Action, so it potentially invades anywhere. I
suspect, however, that this would be a DocExchange extension. Other
views?
