It is time to initiate the OASIS IPR transition process for
the ebXML CPPA TC. Please review the IPR policy at http://www.oasis-open.org/who/intellectualproperty.php and especially the three modes discussed at http://www.oasis-open.org/who/intellectualproperty.php#licensing_req The TC needs to decide which mode to transition to and
initiate a transition request ballot. |
