Closing the TC?

When I posed this question last October the TC wanted to remain open  
for a bit longer; are you now ready to vote to close? I don't see any  
activity since the end of last year when Dale proposed migrating work  
to ebCORE. If you are in agreement, I will go ahead and close the  
group noting that the work has transitioned.
