From what I gathered, the OASIS press-release date can actually occur before
the actual deliverable date.
So even so we are on tracks, I would rather allow us some time for
internal review /  editorial QA.
End of May - 1 week after XMLEurope -  seems to me the best we can do
(for both MS COnformance and Interoptest suites).

A white paper is certainly in order too... but just after our tests deliverable
(bandwidth problem! though it is not ruled out to have someone starting to pitch-in).
(In fact, the WP could probably be an "executive" abstract of the deliverable docs, I guess.)

Regarding the press release discussed during the last conference call, I
think that a reasonable date could be April 22nd or 29th for vote by
ebxml-iic, and hopefully integrate comments from ebxml-msg by May 27th. 
The 22nd deadline is doable in my opinion, as it is mostly just a big
editing job.

It is possible that we could also deliver a "Testing Approach"
whitepaper around this time as well.
