Thank you, to whoever set up the phones.  I could hear one discussion quite
clearly (Patrick Gannon?) but the rest was very difficult.  Jacques, your voice
is just too soft !  ;-)

I guess that's what I get for not showing up in person.

I had to hang up at about 12:20 ET, as I could hear only half of the
conversation at best.  I'm not sure if it was just me or not.  Hopefully
