Title: new mail lists

Hi all:

Just a reminder that we have new mail sublists that you should subscribe to.
(see below)

The process is:

- you should remain subscribed to old ones, they will remain effective until all traffic
on them has dried up.
- meanwhile you should subscribe to new ones you are interested in, by Monday.
- start submit to new lists this Monday July 1st, so that all had time to subscribe
and configure their email before.
