I had a look at our list of issues, as posted on our page.

Before putting this on MS agenda, I believe we need to make these more readable for MS TC:

in their current format, the issues point to our test requirements, not directly to the spec.

We can't expect MS folks to dig through our test reqs to find the spec item...

So that is a modest editing job, but someone has to do it (our liaison if we have one?)

The best way to make this something that ebxml-msg looks at is to request it be put on the agenda for the next conference call. Jacques and I are on every call, so I am sure we can speak to the IIC output.
