Subject: [Fwd: RE: [Fwd: Schur 11/6/2003: Requirements for InteropDemonstration for IIC]]

If you would like a room before the demo, please advise. I do not know
if there will be a cost, but I can ask.
Thanks.

Hi,
there will be a prep area behind the stage but I think that is to be used
right before the demo. Would you like a meeting room for 8 Dec?
regards,
Dee

Also, (forgot), is there the availability of a demonstration area on
Monday, 8 December 2003 to do pre-demonstration preparation?
Thanks.

Dee,
We continue to discuss formalizing our scenarios for the
Interoperability demonstration for IIC set for Tuesday, 9 December 2003
at XML 2003. I've uploaded the abstract and summaries you requested.
What other logistics remain:

   * No Internet connections will be required.
   * One presentation display required.
   * 1-hour for 1:30-2:30 p.m. EST, 9 December 2003
   * Do we need to bring cabling, power strips, or other equipment (The
     two demonstrators and the presentor will likely have their own
     machines)?
   * Are there other requirements on the presentation and/or is any
     white paper required?
   * Any other variables - can you please quantify? I understand
     originally there would be a possible assessment for space,
     connectivity, etc. (~$500). Does this still apply? We will not
     need internet connectivity for our presentations/demonstration.

Let me know please if I have missed anything. Thanks.
