mm1: I think we could get you a draft package, such as the one that is 
in draft form for the CPPA negotiation subgroup.  I'm cc: Marty Sachs, 
the lead, and Hima Mukkamala who developed the BPSS schema [1].

[1] I believe it was based on BPSS 1.04/1.05 however.
