Concall time

Beginning next week, I believe I'll have a conflict with our usual
meeting time (due to a schedule change by WS-Addressing WG).  How do
others feel about holding the IIC call at a new time earlier in the
day, say 11P/2E?  (Later is an option too, but I don't think Mike
would appreciate that very much....)
