Hi Jacques

Maybe we can add a new 4.1 which simply asks:

"Are CPP's and CPA's supported by this community"

With two answers:

1) CPP's AND CPA's are used in this community
2) only CPA's are used in this community
3) up to the parties to use CPP's and CPA's
