ebSOA Outline Draft

To the ebXML Joint Committee:

We have finalized our acceptance of the donation of Federated Enterprise 
Reference Architecture (FERA), for use in the ebSOA. What this means is 
that we will begin organizing the Technical Architecture 2.0 document 
around these concepts.

The FERA Model gives us a "packaging" model to organize the standards 
around major interaction patterns.

I have attached a draft of our outline, it is still in progress, but we 
believe that most of the sections are there. We may move these around a 
bit to make the document flow better...

I will plan to attend the next ebXML-JC meeting.
