Kathryn,

Yes sounds good.  I think I did ask we mention somewhere something about SOA; otherwise suggest as a charter we just want to make sure the laundry list covers off the obvious bases and is vague but not too vague...

If Dale needs some help I've done umpteen charters - but if he's confident in what he has - its good by me!

Obviously would be nice to get this moving over next couple of weeks - and launched for 2008, ta da!
