Dale would like to discuss if AS4 could support payloads in the SOAP
body.
There
were only a few
of us on the call and the consensus was to simply drop the prohibition
from
using SOAP body for the payload.
All software
SDKs support this, end users
often want to use the SOAP:Body for the payload, and in general there
doesn’t
seem to be much point in the prohibition.
So here is a
last chance: if you wish to
prohibit using the SOAP body for payloads, please let us know the
purpose of
adding this restriction to the AS4 conformance profile so that the
reasons can
be considered. Otherwise, it is likely that the restriction will be
removed.
