Uploaded the latest pdf and also the OO version (source).

Only the links in front page need some update (need guidance from Mary on how to set them up to point to a doc that is not even stored yet...)

- other minor content edits:
- Section 4.1.8: Profiling Rule (a):
make it clear that when ebbpsig:NonRepudiationInformation is NOT used (non-repudiation not required - just reception awareness) then no other element must be there: eb:Receipt is empty.
- Section 4.2.1: added a PMode parameter to control use of Receipts for NRR. (profiling rule (a))
- added Tim as contributor in Appendix B
