AS4 profile feedback

Here is some feedback on the AS4 PRD.

Section 2.2.1 has an incorrect reference to SOAP 1.1 in the first row,
second column:


"Profile summary: <"Sending+Receiving" / " lighthandler-rm" /
Level 1 / HTTP1.1 + SOAP 1.1>"

This should be SOAP 1.2.

Section 4.1.5

"AS4 MSH implementations are REQUIRED to include the entire eb:Messaging
header block and all MIME body parts of included payloads in the signature."

Recommend to change this to:

"AS4 MSH implementations are REQUIRED to include the entire eb:Messaging
header block, the SOAP Body and all MIME body parts of included payloads in
the signature."

Section 4.1.8

"the Sending message handler (i.e. sending messages for which signed
receipts are expected) MUST identify message parts using Content-Id values
in the MIME headers"

One message part may be in the SOAP Body.  It would be identified by as
wsu:Id attribute?
