In the example section 12.3.1.1 page 54, it says:

<ds:SignatureMethod Algorithm="http://.../xmldsig#dsa-sha1">
. . .
<ds:DigestMethod Algorithm="http://.../xmldsig#dsa-sha1">
. . .
<ds:DigestMethod Algorithm="http://.../xmldsig#dsa-sha1">
. . .

I think the SignatureMethod Algorithm is right but shouldn't the DigestMethod
Algorithm be:

<ds:DigestMethod Algorithm="http://.../xmldsig#sha1">
