I Agree.  V1.1 should be a TC Specification and V2.0 should be submitted as a
perspective OASIS standard.  Since OASIS standards have time schedules, i.e.
they must be submitted 30 days before the beginning of a calendar quarter, we
should create a timeline and a finish date for v2.0 (do we want to submit on Dec
1 or March 1. . .  As I understand it, the perspective standards are then
submitted to the OASIS membership on the quarter and then there is some
comment/voting time period.  We need to synchronize with that schedule somehow.

Regrets: I will not likely be able to make this call.
I maintain my position on NOT stamping the ebXML output specification 1.0
as either an OASIS TC Specification or moving it forward as an OASIS
Standard, and suggest we stick to what was decided at the Dallas meeting:
containable bug fixes and clarifications toward a "1.1 TC Specification",
with a default assumption of a "V2" moving toward an OASIS Standard.
