For your info,

I contacted Peter Furniss about the BT issue list it is driven from simple
"tagged" text files not in anything like an XML format(before someone asks)
using a number of PERL scripts he wrote.  He may be willing to share (he
would have to check his IPR position) but feels that anyone trying to use it
must have a good knowledge of PERL as he wrote for his use and not really as
a tool for anyone to use.
