Ian,
	I think that I understand the point that you are making here
regarding the general maintenance of the TC.  I hope that you are not
arguing for individuals with the specific titles as found in your eMail
but rather individuals who are willing to be responsible for the tasks.
To that end, I am willing to maintain the change control log.  You are
aware that I have a fairly heavy travel schedule so I would hope that
someone would be willing to help me when I am not available to
participate in the conferene calls.  BTW, for planning purposes, can the
TC project when (if) another F2F is going to be held in the near future?
My calendar is already filling up into the middle of June.

Members,

	During yesterdays conference call I stated that David F and I
could
not do anymore than we already were and we require people to help to run
the
process.  We must have someone to manage the issues and errors list if
we
are going to produce a usable and quality specification for submission
to
the OASIS membership.

	In detail the roles that someone needs to do are :-

OASIS requires the following roles
Chair
Secretary
Membership secretary
Editor
Web master
Liaisons (Joint Committee Colleen and I), CPPA (mainly reverse by Dale
and
Arvola)

We also need
Change control

Any others?

	David and I are covering most of the OASIS required roles with
help
from Arvola for the schema and some of the early change control.
Volunteers
to take on any role would be appreciated we need more than just the
change
control.

	If people do not volunteer the changes and amendments requested
or
found during implementation testing can not be fixed.  Not resolving
this
will require us to stop work and close the TC as this is a voluntary
process.
