On the website, ...v2_0.pdf is the latest and ...v2_0c.pdf is a somewhat older
document.  I would prefer that we no longer refer to rev C.

The errata was introduced after the last vote, so it has not been incorporated
into the spec.  The main reason for this is the existing implementations which
use envelope.xsd and xsi:schemaLocation.  Rather than "pull the rug" out from
under them, we have amended the spec with the errata items.

I'm confusing. The errata "ebMS_v2_0_errata.html" has already been
incorporated into the ebMS v2.0 rev C, or not?

If the errata was already incorporated, we don't need to open the errata.
If still not, we need to open it.
