1.a would be part of the MSI which seems to be not defined in ebMS 3.0.

7. Asynchronous pull. Will the mode of the sending MSH change from queue
to push after having received an asycnchronous version of PullRequest? 

If so this PullRequest is a) a pull request and at the same time the
"Switch" signal to change mode of operation. So that may confuse...
