An update to the adjunct document for the ebMS 3 specification. Not part of
the standard, but a separate guideline for deployment and implementation.
COntains:
- definition of conformance profiles. The update is reflecting the proposed
"gateway" conformance profile based on latest meeting, for review.
- may contain later some guidelines that help some form of portability or
interoperability but too close to implementation to be part of the core
specification (e.g. P-Mode representation, etc.)
