Dale: The MPF is always a play: as it does not
impose a particular way to transfer the message (in terms of MEP, e.g. push or
pull), you can always consider that the default MPF is used when none is

the message is assigned. The absence of this element indicates the use of the default MPF. This seems to imply that MPF
