The MPF is always a play: as it does not impose a particular way to transfer the message (in terms of MEP, e.g. push or pull), you can always consider that the default MPF is used when none is mentioned.

line 124-126 This OPTIONAL attribute contains a URI that

identifies the MPF to which the message is assigned. The absence of this element indicates the

use of the default MPF.

 

This seems to imply that MPF is always in play, which is not true, I think. Maybe a simple text fix can resolve.
