Not sure how to interpret last mail from Ian...(typo?)

My interpretation on the condition for acceptance of comments is:

- the 60 days review period is more like a minimum, not a strict acceptance
deadline (have we announced a precise duration?)
- on the other hand, the comment channel must be the public comment list
(not just a forwarding on the TC list) at least for non members:
"Comments from non-TC Members must be collected via the TC's archived
public comment facility; comments submitted through any other means shall
not be accepted."

Here is posted a consolidated list of comments so far, including the late
ones (labelled "late")
