Please disregard the previous notices for WD 26.  The correct drafts
can be found here:

Changes are as noted below.  This includes the WD 25 changes
(correction of element name cases).

I move to accept WD 26 as a Committee Draft.  (As agreed at the June
20 meeting, this ballot will be conducted electronically, due to
several individuals' conflicts with the meeting schedule for the next
few weeks.)
